I support changemakers in shifting the status quo from the inside out.

1:1 Coaching
I work one-on-one with individuals through a series of conversations in service of their goals. Together, we create the space to slow down; reconnect with who you are, what you want, and what truly drives you; and turn that understanding into deliberate, grounded action. The result: you bring the best of yourself to the change you’re activating — making a greater impact in the world, without losing or sacrificing yourself along the way.

Group Training and Coaching
I design and deliver group programs for changemakers who are leading their own initiatives: people who have the drive and the vision, and who are ready to look inward as well as outward. Offered as multi-session programs or one-day workshops, these experiences focus on inner development: understanding yourself more deeply, exploring how human beings are wired, and translating that understanding into concrete next steps. Participants leave with new insights and practical tools, as well as a sense of connection and renewed inspiration for the work ahead.

Advisory
I partner with foundations and organizations who share a passion for empowering changemakers, particularly those building programs that equip changemakers with the skills and insights needed to sustain their impact over the long term. I advise and support their work, drawing on my experience: as a former social intrapreneur and grassroots movement builder; as someone who has spent years at the intersection of people, systems, and change; and as a coach versed in inner development and regenerative leadership. I bring this same experience to speaking engagements, research conversations, and mentoring — always in service of a broader ecosystem that supports the changemakers of today and tomorrow.

I work with changemakers: people who see an opportunity to make the world a better place and take action to make it happen. This includes social intrapreneurs — driving change from within an organization — and social and impact entrepreneurs solving problems and driving change in their communities and beyond. I'm particularly drawn to working with young leaders in the earlier stages of their careers: I'm inspired by their energy and potential, and love helping them build a foundation for how they'll lead themselves and others in the future.
The people I work with are open. They're curious. They're willing to slow down and reflect on themselves. They'll devote time to their own growth. Perhaps they sense that their current way of doing things isn't sustainable in the long run, and they're looking for another way. They are often new to this type of work, and that's ok — we explore together what they need and where they want to go.

Originally from the US, I’ve lived and worked in the US, UK, and Switzerland, my current home. Beyond where I've lived, my work has connected me with organizations, intrapreneurs, and changemakers across six continents — from well-resourced institutions to grassroots initiatives operating with very little.
My 1:1 coachees have hailed from 22 countries across the globe (and counting!) — from North America (Canada, US), Europe (Germany, Switzerland, UK), Latin America (Argentina, Guatemala, Paraguay, Venezuela), Africa (Burkina Faso, Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia), and Asia (Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Nepal, Philippines, Sri Lanka).

Before agreeing to work together, we’ll meet on a complimentary 30-minute discovery call to discuss your goals and how I work as a coach.
If we agree to work together, we’ll proceed to a kick-off call, where we’ll design how we’ll work together and finalize goals before diving in. I share an onboarding form prior to this call to get us started.
In subsequent sessions, we often start by getting to know you (who you uniquely are, what you share in common with others as a human being, and what you want). We connect the dots and make sense of what we’ve come to know. Then we turn these insights into action, applying them to the goals we’ve identified. While we have a plan for each session, we leave space to explore what’s top-of-mind for you on a particular day. The flexibility of our sessions allows the coaching to be “alive” and connected to what’s happening right now.
You’re part of larger systems (be it families, organizations, communities, and beyond), and so we take these systems into account throughout the coaching. Sometimes we directly translate our work into how it applies to your teams, organizations, and relationships.
As we close out the coaching, we spend time reflecting on learnings and establishing or reconfirming practices you’ll carry forward.
Generally, I start with a minimum of eight sessions to allow us to build trust and get deeper into topics. I’m available to my coachees for ad hoc support between sessions too.

Coachees usually come to me with something specific on their mind, such as building their leadership identity, growing their confidence, navigating imposter syndrome, finding clarity and focus amid complexity, making decisions under pressure, finding a sustainable rhythm between work and life, leading teams and influencing others without formal authority, or bridging the gap between intention and consistent action.
As we work together, we often find that underneath these presenting challenges lie deeper drivers they hadn’t previously noticed, including beliefs and assumptions about how they "should" act or the inner voices that hold them back. We work together to address both. One client likened her experience to “lifting up the stones on the sidewalk and seeing what’s underneath.”

The outcomes of our work depend on the goals we set at the outset and the willingness of a coachee to dive in. What I can say is that, amongst recently surveyed coachees, 100% reported making progress on their identified goals, and 100% said they would recommend coaching to others.
The changes are both inner and outer. Coachees gain clarity on who they are as people and leaders: their values, strengths, and the assumptions that shape their behaviour. They grow in confidence and learn to relate to themselves with more kindness and curiosity. They find new energy and resilience, shifting from fear or pressure as a motivator toward a deeper sense of mission and purpose.
And then something interesting happens: this inner work translates directly outward. Coachees make more grounded decisions. They tell their stories more powerfully. They communicate and collaborate more effectively: with their teams, their stakeholders, and the people they're trying to bring along. They keep going — with more intention, and more joy.
Through my work, I’ve seen again and again that deep internal work becomes the foundation for greater external impact.

Every program I offer is tailored to the needs of a particular group or context. The starting point is always understanding who the participants are, what they're navigating, and what would serve them most.
The content is directly informed by the themes, patterns, and insights that emerge from my 1:1 coaching work with changemakers. This means it isn't theoretical; rather, it reflects what changemakers like the participants are actually experiencing, struggling with, and growing through.
Each session typically combines an educational component — introducing key concepts and frameworks — with a reflective and coaching component that invites participants to explore these ideas in relation to their own lives and work. This balance between learning and inner exploration is at the heart of the design and delivery of these programs.
Example topics include: the neuroscience of changemaking, navigating the ups and downs of changemaking, building confidence, clarifying values and purpose, setting intentions, navigating polarities, and communication tools for changemakers.

My advisory work draws on my understanding of inner development and regenerative leadership, and my lived experience as a social intrapreneur and grassroots movement builder. I bring both to the organizations and leaders I work with.
In practice, this has included advising organizations and foundations designing programs for changemakers, helping them weave inner development thoughtfully into their offerings. It has also included working with organizational leaders on how they lead their teams, bringing an inner development and regenerative leadership lens to their decisions, strategies, and challenges.
I've mentored social intrapreneurs as they launch and lead their initiatives, drawing directly on my own experience of building from within. I've also contributed to research and thought leadership on intrapreneurship and grassroots movement-building.

At the heart of my approach is a belief that you cannot truly change systems without attending to the consciousness of the people within them. The two are inseparable.
My work brings together several worlds. I'm a rigorously trained coach, and an academic at heart who loves discovering new concepts, making sense of them, and offering them to others. I draw on multiple lenses — e.g. neuroscience, regenerative leadership, positive intelligence, somatic and emotional work, and various conceptual frameworks — rather than a single methodology. I've worked globally across vastly different contexts: from large corporate organizations to grassroots initiatives, from the world of social intrapreneurship to the broader landscape of social entrepreneurship and impact. Through this, I've developed a growing understanding of the challenges these changemakers share, and the unique contexts they face.
Perhaps what shapes my approach most is that I have lived this work myself. My own experience as a changemaker — the urgency, the strain, the realization that the way I was working wasn't sustainable — is what drew me to inner development in the first place. I know these struggles from the inside. And I've also seen, firsthand and with others, what's possible when we start reconnecting with our inner worlds. The ripple effects go far beyond ourselves.
I believe this work is worth doing not only for the impact it creates, but for the person doing it. Changemakers deserve to thrive, to feel genuinely alive in their work and their lives. I love to help people live their lives on purpose.
